May not be exactly what you're looking for but try this:

This is a combination of the current map and the historical map. For best results select Meßtischblätter 1:25000 (german map wtih german names) or WIG 1:25000 (polish military map). To swich between views you have to use the slider (small circle with point inside) - just move it left or rigth.
